Wow so I haven't used this thing in months.  Well I have something pretty damn sweet to talk about.  This weekend we had our concerts with Collective Soul, and it was by far the most amazing thing I've ever done.  Had to miss prom, but this beat the shit out of prom.

The new pciture up there is of Me, Mandi, Joseph, and.... ED ROLAND!  He's a pretty nice guy, and he got reeeeeeeeeally drunk on the night of the second concert, but that's cool cause he's the man.

I managed to get 4 of hte 5 band members to sign the shirt they gave me (Ed, Dean, Will, and the other guitar player... i feel bad that I don't know his name and I can't read his signature), couldn't find Ryan to get him to sign.  They also signed my backstage pass, so I have multiples

We played 20 songs in the concert, inlcuding one brand new one they wrote just for us called "Youth".  Brian Sung played the cello solo, he's a beast on cello.  There was also a string quartet piece, but I don't recall the name of it.  When we played "Better Now" the whole ASYO got up and danced around on stage and sang along with them, and then they got the crowd to join in too.  It was freakin AMAZING!

I am kinda sad now htough, 'cause I'll probably never get to play with them ever again.  It was a hell of a lot of fun though.  I'm not sure anything will ever top this one.

Marching band is OVER!!!!!!!!  Actually it's been over for about a week now, but I haven't updated this thing in years so yeah....  Sorry football team, we just had to cheer for Marietta... its not that we don't like you, we just wanted to be done with band   It was a fun game though, Danielle came and saw us perform, which was cool 'cause she hadn't seen our show yet.

Hmm lets see... our first ASYO concert was last Sunday, we kicked some A.  The next one is the 21st, so come see us play or I'll hunt you down and assassinate you from behind.... just like all those poor som'bitches in Halo.

Halo 2 is definetely out.  It rocks, already beat it, now it's just massive amounts of online death.  It's so fun   You should play with Michael and Richie sometime.  It's really funny when you kill them 'cause they make excuses as to why they shouldn't have died and claim the game is corrupted and all this other bullshit.  It's quite funny, but often times annoying.  Okay well I'm done rambling.  Buh bye now kiddies.

Well it's been a while.  Marching Band is almost over though.... wow that is amazing!  Once it's over, a great weight will have been lifted from my chest.  No more three hour practices two nights a week, plus an hour and a half for sectionals on Mondays.  No more dealing with stupidity on a large scale daily basis.  No more painful sounds coming from people's instruments cause they can't play worth a flip.

It does have a downside too though.  A lot of the new kids are really cool.  Evete and O'Leary are definetely some coolsters, even though they don't like hteir middle names.  People like them make the whole thing enjoyable, and make you miss everything once it's over.  But hey, I'm graduating this year!!!!!!!

On a different note... life is amazing.  Me and Danielle are getting really close, which kicks some serious hardcore ass, especially since she's the most amazing girl ever   She's the first one where there's been a real connection between both of us, and I must say, it's a really awesome feeling.

Good times

I'm finally 18!!!!!!  Now I'm legal to do so many things I've been doing the past few years that could've gotten me in some big trouble   Today was awesome by the way.  Actually got to practice my clarinet for the first time in about a week, which was good cause I needed it.  Everyone said "happy birthday" and I got a whole lot of cards, that made my day.  I was actually expecting one or maybe two people to remember, but only Richie and Brice forgot, so it's all good

2nd period was definetely awsome.  Anna and Michael stayed for a bit with me and Ashley and had some cake that Mrs. Bartlett made for me.  It was delicious.  So yeah, we did nothing but relax today, made Michael take a note over to East Hall for me.  It was fun stuff.  But then I got bitched at in Band for trying to have some fun... and then I failed the shit out of a Calc test in 4th period.  Oh well... it happens.

Practice... ummm yeah... not cool at all, but oh well.  That happens a lot.

After practice.. rocked my socks   Since my car is in the shop Danielle came and picked me up, drove me home, and stayed for dinner and cake.  Then we talked for a bit and watched t.v.  She's awesome, actually, the awesomest of the awesome.  I'd go on but I doubt anyone really wants to hear any more on that subject

So yeah, this has been an overall kick ass birthday.

A lot has changed recently.  Some good, some bad.  For a while I thought I was going to be alone again for some time.  I have a bad track record for that with the post-homecoming weeks.  But luckily for me I'm not.  Now my friends are actually there, if that makes any sense.  Instead of getting the sense that I want to be alone, I'd rather just go have fun.  So yay for that.

Recently I realized that over the past couple months that I've forgotten some of the better parts of a relationship.  Always knowing without question that someone is thinking of you, and cares about you, is a feeling I really had forgotten.  It's a good one to be remembering.  But enough of this sensitive crap lol.

Closed tonight for the first time in months.  It was a lot of fun   Danielle is by far one of the best people to work drive-thru and close with.

One of the drains got clogged up though... it was hardcore nasty.  Our boss stuck his hand in and pulled out a clump of crap that was most likely food anywhere from 4-5 weeks old... yeah, very gross.

Oh, if you see Morgan at all during the day... say hi and give her a hug.  It would be a very nice thing to do.  But yeah, it's late so I'm off to bed.
